- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp oil for frying
Instructions
- Mix ground chicken, egg, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Shape the mixture into patties of your desired size.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry patties for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and fully cooked.
- Serve hot with your favorite sides or buns.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, use panko breadcrumbs.
- You can bake the patties at 375°F (190°C) for 20 minutes instead of frying.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
