- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook chicken for 3-4 minutes per side until browned.
- Transfer chicken to a baking dish and spread pesto evenly on top.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the pesto.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until chicken reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Serve hot.
