- 1 tsp paprika
- 2 cups chicken broth
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add diced chicken and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add mixed vegetables and sauté for 3 minutes.
- Stir in rice, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 18-20 minutes until rice is tender.
- Fluff with a fork and serve hot.
