- 500g chicken breast, cut into strips
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- Bamboo skewers, soaked in water
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix garlic, ginger, soy sauce, honey, turmeric, cumin, lime juice, and oil.
- Add chicken strips and coat evenly. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Thread chicken onto skewers.
- Grill or pan-fry skewers until fully cooked, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Serve hot with peanut sauce.
