  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken fillets
  • 1 box (6 oz) stuffing mix
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Place chicken fillets in the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. In a bowl, mix stuffing mix, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, chicken broth, celery, onion, garlic powder, thyme, and black pepper.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly over the chicken.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or high for 2-3 hours until chicken is cooked through.
  5. Serve hot.
