  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth or water

Instructions

  1. Rinse the chicken and pat it dry with paper towels.
  2. Mix salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika in a small bowl.
  3. Rub the chicken with olive oil, then coat it evenly with the spice mixture.
  4. Pour chicken broth or water into the crockpot.
