Description

Easy Edible Cookie Dough is a safe and delicious treat that allows you to enjoy the creamy goodness of cookie dough without the worry of raw eggs or flour.


Ingredients

  • All-purpose flour: 1 1/2 cups (heat-treated)
  • Salted butter: 1/2 cup, softened
  • Packed light brown sugar: 2/3 cup
  • Granulated sugar: 3 tablespoons
  • Heavy cream or milk: 2-3 tablespoons
  • Vanilla extract: 1 teaspoon
  • Salt: 1/4 teaspoon
  • Mini semisweet chocolate chips: 1/2-1 cup

Instructions

  1. Prepare the flour by spreading it on a baking sheet and baking at 350°F (175°C) for 5-7 minutes. Let it cool.
  2. Cream the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar in a large mixing bowl until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the vanilla extract and 2 tablespoons of heavy cream or milk to the butter mixture.
  4. Gradually incorporate the cooled flour and salt into the mixture, mixing on low speed until just combined.
  5. Fold in the mini semisweet chocolate chips using a spatula or wooden spoon.
  6. Taste the dough and adjust sweetness or chocolate chips as desired.
