Instructions
- Prepare the flour by spreading it on a baking sheet and baking at 350°F (175°C) for 5-7 minutes. Let it cool.
- Cream the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar in a large mixing bowl until light and fluffy.
- Add the vanilla extract and 2 tablespoons of heavy cream or milk to the butter mixture.
- Gradually incorporate the cooled flour and salt into the mixture, mixing on low speed until just combined.
- Fold in the mini semisweet chocolate chips using a spatula or wooden spoon.
- Taste the dough and adjust sweetness or chocolate chips as desired.
