Ingredients

- 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup chopped onions
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup chicken broth
Instructions
- Chop chicken into bite-sized pieces.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add onions and garlic, cook until soft.
- Add chicken, salt, and pepper, cook until browned.
- Pour in chicken broth, simmer for 10 minutes.
- Let cool, then transfer to freezer-safe containers.
