Description

Ingredients

  • 1 ready-made pie crust
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/4 cup diced ham
  • 1/4 cup chopped spinach
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out pie crust and cut into small circles to fit a mini muffin tin.
  3. Press crust circles into the muffin tin.
  4. Whisk eggs and milk in a bowl, then stir in cheese, ham, and spinach.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Pour mixture into crust-lined muffin cups.
  7. Bake for 15-18 minutes until set and golden.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving.
