Ingredients

- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/4 cup ground flaxseed
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions
- Mix oats, peanut butter, honey, flaxseed, chocolate chips, vanilla, and cinnamon in a bowl.
- Stir until well combined.
- Roll mixture into 1-inch balls.
- Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
- Substitute almond butter for peanut butter if preferred.
