Description

A delicious and easy-to-make orange chicken served with fried rice. Perfect for a quick weeknight dinner.


Ingredients

  • 2 boneless chicken fillets, cubed
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken in orange juice, soy sauce, honey, ginger, and garlic for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and cook chicken until browned and cooked through. Set aside.
  3. In the same pan, scramble the egg, then add cooked rice and vegetables. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Combine chicken with the fried rice and serve hot.
