Description
A delicious and easy-to-make orange chicken served with fried rice. Perfect for a quick weeknight dinner.
Ingredients

- 2 boneless chicken fillets, cubed
- 1 cup orange juice
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
- 1 tbsp oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Marinate chicken in orange juice, soy sauce, honey, ginger, and garlic for 15 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan and cook chicken until browned and cooked through. Set aside.
- In the same pan, scramble the egg, then add cooked rice and vegetables. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
- Combine chicken with the fried rice and serve hot.

- Adjust honey for sweetness.
- Use fresh orange juice for better flavor.
