Description

Easy no-bake dessert made with crushed Oreo cookies and cream cheese, dipped in chocolate.


Ingredients

  • 16 oz semi-sweet or white chocolate, melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions

  1. Crush Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor.
  2. Mix cookie crumbs with softened cream cheese and vanilla extract until well combined.
  3. Roll mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a lined baking sheet.
  4. Freeze for 15 minutes to firm up.
  5. Dip each ball in melted chocolate using a fork, then return to the baking sheet.
  6. Refrigerate for 30 minutes until chocolate sets.
