Easy no-bake dessert made with crushed Oreo cookies and cream cheese, dipped in chocolate.

- 36 Oreo cookies
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 16 oz semi-sweet or white chocolate, melted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
Instructions
- Crush Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor.
- Mix cookie crumbs with softened cream cheese and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Roll mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a lined baking sheet.
- Freeze for 15 minutes to firm up.
- Dip each ball in melted chocolate using a fork, then return to the baking sheet.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes until chocolate sets.
Notes
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
- Use white chocolate for a different flavor.
- Add sprinkles before chocolate hardens for decoration.
