Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix peanut butter, sugar, egg, vanilla, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
- Roll dough into 1-inch balls and place on a baking sheet.
- Flatten each ball with a fork in a crisscross pattern.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden.
- Let cool before serving.
