Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp olive oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix salmon, breadcrumbs, egg, mayonnaise, mustard, onion, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  2. Form the mixture into 4 equal-sized patties.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Cook patties for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown.
