Instructions
- Preheat your grill or skillet to medium-high heat.
- Mix ground beef, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder in a bowl.
- Form small patties, about 2 inches in diameter.
- Cook patties for 2-3 minutes per side or until done.
- Place half a cheese slice on each patty and let it melt.
- Brush slider buns with melted butter and toast lightly.
- Assemble sliders with patties and your favorite toppings.
Notes
- Use lean ground beef for less grease.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- For extra flavor, add Worcestershire sauce to the meat mix.
