Ingredients

- 🧀 Mozzarella cheese: 1 cup, shredded or sliced

Instructions
- Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels and season both sides with salt and pepper.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat, then add balsamic vinegar and let it simmer for 5-10 minutes until it thickens slightly.
