Ingredients

- 2 cups egg noodles
- 1 can tuna, drained
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/2 cup diced celery
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Cook noodles according to package directions.
- Sauté onion and celery in butter until soft.
- Mix cooked noodles, tuna, peas, sautéed vegetables, soup, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer mixture to baking dish.
- Sprinkle cheese and breadcrumbs on top.
- Bake for 20 minutes until bubbly and golden.
Notes
- Substitute peas with other vegetables if preferred.
- Add extra cheese for richer flavor.
- Store leftovers in refrigerator for up to 3 days.
