Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk the pistachio pudding mix and crushed pineapple (with juice) until combined.
- Fold in the mini marshmallows and chopped pecans.
- Gently stir in the whipped topping until fully incorporated.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
- For extra texture, add 1/2 cup shredded coconut.
- Substitute walnuts for pecans if preferred.
