Ingredients
- 🍫 Dark Chocolate – 200 grams (chopped)
- 🥛 Heavy Cream – 100 ml
- 🍯 Salted Caramel Sauce – 100 grams
- 🧂 Sea Salt – a pinch for sprinkling
- 🍫 Cocoa Powder – for dusting
Instructions
- Prepare the caramel (if making homemade) by heating sugar in a saucepan until it melts into an amber color, then add butter and heavy cream, stirring until smooth, and sprinkle with sea salt.
- Make the chocolate ganache by adding chopped dark chocolate to a heatproof bowl, heating heavy cream until simmering, then pouring it over the chocolate and stirring until smooth.
- Stir the prepared salted caramel sauce into the chocolate ganache until well combined.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about two hours until firm.
- Form small balls of the mixture using a cookie scoop or your hands and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Roll each truffle in cocoa powder and sprinkle with sea salt before chilling again for 30 minutes to set.
