Ingredients
- Ramen noodles: 2 packs (fresh or dried)
- Chicken breast: 2 pieces (about 500g)
- Garlic: 4 cloves, minced
- Chili paste: 2 tablespoons (adjust to taste)
- Soy sauce: 3 tablespoons
- Chicken broth: 4 cups
- Scallions: 3, chopped (green parts only)
- Sesame oil: 1 tablespoon
- Soft-boiled eggs: 2 (for serving)
- Salt and pepper: to taste
Instructions
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add sesame oil. Cook the chicken for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove and slice.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add chili paste and soy sauce to the skillet, stir well, then pour in chicken broth. Bring to a gentle simmer and cook for 5 minutes.
- Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- Divide cooked ramen noodles into bowls and pour hot broth over them.
- Top each bowl with sliced chicken breast.
- Garnish with chopped scallions and soft-boiled eggs. Serve hot.

- Adjust the spice level by modifying the amount of chili paste.
- For a vegetarian version, replace chicken with tofu and use vegetable broth.
