Ingredients

Instructions
- Prepare the fish by patting it dry and cutting it into bite-sized pieces.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat and sauté chopped onions until translucent.
- Add minced garlic and grated ginger, stirring until fragrant.
- Incorporate chopped tomatoes and cook until softened.
- Gently add fish pieces to the masala, season with salt and pepper, and cover to simmer for 10-12 minutes.
- Once cooked, sprinkle chopped cilantro on top and let sit for a few minutes before serving.
