Ingredients

- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp lime juice
Instructions
- Combine soy sauce, olive oil, honey, garlic, ginger, black pepper, and lime juice in a bowl.
- Place flank steak in a resealable bag and pour the marinade over it.
- Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove steak from marinade and grill for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare.
- Let the steak rest for 5 minutes before slicing against the grain.
