Ingredients

Instructions

  2. In another bowl, whisk mashed banana, milk, egg, and melted butter.
  3. Combine wet and dry ingredients, stirring until just mixed.
  4. Heat a lightly greased pan over medium heat.
  5. Pour 1/4 cup batter for each pancake.
  6. Cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook until golden.
  7. Serve warm with syrup or toppings of choice.
