  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium heat.
  3. Season chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, and thyme.
  4. Sear chicken for 3 minutes per side, then remove from skillet.
  5. Add onion and garlic to the skillet and cook for 2 minutes.
  6. Stir in rice, then pour in chicken broth.
  7. Place chicken on top of the rice mixture.
