Instructions
- Cut chicken fillets into bite-sized pieces.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add chicken and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
- Add vegetables and sauté for 3 minutes.
- Pour in chicken broth and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and thyme.
- Simmer for 10 minutes until chicken is fully cooked.
- Let the mixture cool completely.
- Divide into freezer-safe containers or bags.
- Label and freeze for up to 3 months.
Notes
- Thaw in the refrigerator overnight before reheating.
- Reheat on the stove or in the microwave until hot.
