Description

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded roast beef
  • 1/2 cup shredded provolone cheese
  • 1/2 cup beef broth (for au jus)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Mix flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. Stir in milk until just combined.
  5. Fold in roast beef and cheese.
  6. Drop dough onto a greased baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden.
  8. Heat beef broth in a small saucepan for dipping.
  9. Serve warm with au jus.

Notes

  • Use cold butter for flaky biscuits.
