Description
A crispy fried chicken sandwich topped with Caesar dressing, lettuce, and Parmesan cheese.
Ingredients

- 2 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup Caesar dressing
- 4 slices bread or buns
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Mix flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika in a bowl.
- Whisk egg and milk in another bowl.
- Coat chicken in flour mixture, dip in egg wash, then coat again in flour.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry chicken until golden and cooked through.
- Toast bread lightly if desired.
- Spread Caesar dressing on bread.
- Place fried chicken on bread, top with lettuce and Parmesan.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Use panko breadcrumbs for extra crunch.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- For a lighter version, bake the chicken instead of frying.
