Description

A crispy fried chicken sandwich topped with Caesar dressing, lettuce, and Parmesan cheese.


Ingredients

  • 2 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup Caesar dressing
  • 4 slices bread or buns
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika in a bowl.
  2. Whisk egg and milk in another bowl.
  3. Coat chicken in flour mixture, dip in egg wash, then coat again in flour.
  4. Heat oil in a pan and fry chicken until golden and cooked through.
  5. Toast bread lightly if desired.
  6. Spread Caesar dressing on bread.
  7. Place fried chicken on bread, top with lettuce and Parmesan.
  8. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Use panko breadcrumbs for extra crunch.
  • Adjust seasoning to taste.
  • For a lighter version, bake the chicken instead of frying.
