Description

Delicious truffles combining the sweetness of dried fruits and the crunch of nuts, perfect for a quick snack or dessert.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup mixed dried fruits (dates, apricots, figs)
  • 1/2 cup nuts (almonds, walnuts, or cashews)
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut (optional, for coating)

Instructions

  1. Chop dried fruits and nuts into small pieces.
  2. Blend them in a food processor until sticky.
  3. Add cocoa powder, honey, and vanilla extract. Pulse until well combined.
  4. Roll the mixture into small balls.
  5. Coat with shredded coconut if desired.
  6. Chill for 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
  • Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey.
