Ingredients

- 1 cup mixed dried fruits (dates, apricots, figs)
- 1/2 cup nuts (almonds, walnuts, or cashews)
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut (optional, for coating)
Instructions
- Chop dried fruits and nuts into small pieces.
- Blend them in a food processor until sticky.
- Add cocoa powder, honey, and vanilla extract. Pulse until well combined.
- Roll the mixture into small balls.
- Coat with shredded coconut if desired.
- Chill for 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey.
- Use any nuts or dried fruits you prefer.
