Ingredients
- Beef Sirloin: 1 lb (450 g), cut into bite-sized pieces.
- Shrimp: 1 lb (450 g), peeled and deveined.
- Garlic: 4 cloves, minced.
- Butter: 1/2 cup (115 g).
- Fresh Parsley: 1/4 cup, chopped.
- Lemon Juice: 2 tablespoons.
- Salt: to taste.
- Pepper: to taste.
Instructions
- Prepare the ingredients by cutting the beef, peeling and deveining the shrimp, mincing the garlic, and chopping the parsley.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and melt 1/4 cup of butter. Cook the beef for 3-4 minutes until browned, then set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the remaining butter and minced garlic. Sauté for about a minute, then add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes until pink and opaque.
- Return the cooked beef to the skillet, add lemon juice and parsley, and stir gently to combine. Heat through for 1-2 minutes.
- Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper, then transfer to a serving platter and garnish with fresh parsley.
