- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes. Sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until pink.
- Stir in lemon juice, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Toss cooked pasta with the shrimp and garlic butter sauce.
- Serve hot with optional Parmesan cheese.
