  • Baby potatoes: 1 lb (450 g), halved.
  • Garlic: 4 cloves, minced.
  • Butter: 4 tablespoons (60 g).
  • Fresh parsley: 1/4 cup, chopped.
  • Salt: to taste.
  • Pepper: to taste.
  • Olive oil: 2 tablespoons (for cooking).

Instructions

  1. Prepare the baby potatoes by washing and halving them, then toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  2. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and roast the potatoes for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat, add butter, and sear the seasoned steak bites for 2-3 minutes on each side.
  4. In the same skillet, lower the heat, add more butter, and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  5. Return the cooked steak bites to the skillet, toss to coat in the garlic butter sauce, and heat through.
