Ingredients
- Sirloin Steak: 1 lb, cut into bite-sized pieces
- Garlic: 4 cloves, minced
- Butter: 4 tablespoons
- Fresh Parsley: 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Salt and Black Pepper: to taste
Instructions
- Prepare the steak by cutting it into bite-sized pieces and patting them dry. Season with salt and black pepper.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add 2 tablespoons of butter.
- Add the seasoned steak pieces to the skillet in a single layer and sear for 2-3 minutes on each side.
- Remove the steak bites from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium, add the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter, and sauté the minced garlic for about 30 seconds.
- Return the seared steak bites to the skillet and toss them in the garlic butter for 1-2 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in the chopped fresh parsley.
- Serve warm, drizzling any remaining garlic butter over the top.
