Garlic Butter Steak Bites are a delightful dish that combines tender steak with aromatic garlic and rich butter, creating a mouthwatering experience perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • Sirloin Steak: 1 lb, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • Garlic: 4 cloves, minced
  • Butter: 4 tablespoons
  • Fresh Parsley: 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Salt and Black Pepper: to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the steak by cutting it into bite-sized pieces and patting them dry. Season with salt and black pepper.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add 2 tablespoons of butter.
  3. Add the seasoned steak pieces to the skillet in a single layer and sear for 2-3 minutes on each side.
  4. Remove the steak bites from the skillet and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium, add the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter, and sauté the minced garlic for about 30 seconds.
  6. Return the seared steak bites to the skillet and toss them in the garlic butter for 1-2 minutes.
  7. Remove from heat and stir in the chopped fresh parsley.
  8. Serve warm, drizzling any remaining garlic butter over the top.

Notes

  • Optional ingredients to enhance flavor include Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, red pepper flakes, onions, and mushrooms.
