Ingredients
- Chicken Breasts: Four pieces of boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Garlic: Four cloves of minced garlic
- Parmesan Cheese: One cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- Breadcrumbs: One cup of breadcrumbs, preferably panko
- Olive Oil: Three tablespoons of olive oil
- Fresh Parsley: Two tablespoons of chopped parsley
- Salt and Pepper: One teaspoon of salt and half a teaspoon of pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels and season with salt and pepper. Place them in a greased baking dish.
- In a medium bowl, combine minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, olive oil, and chopped parsley. Mix well.
- Evenly distribute the garlic mixture over the chicken breasts, pressing down gently.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and the topping is golden brown.
- Let the chicken rest for a few minutes, garnish with additional parsley, and serve warm.
