Description

Ingredients

  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp ground cloves
  • 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • Sprinkles or crushed cookies for decorating (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix gingerbread crumbs, cream cheese, cinnamon, ginger, and cloves until well combined.
  2. Roll mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a lined baking sheet.
  3. Freeze for 30 minutes.
  4. Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
  5. Dip each ball into melted chocolate, coating completely.
  6. Decorate with sprinkles or crushed cookies if desired.
  7. Let set on parchment paper until chocolate hardens.
