Ingredients

Instructions
- Marinate the chicken by combining olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Add chicken and coat well. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Prepare the tzatziki sauce by grating cucumber, squeezing out excess moisture, and mixing it with yogurt, dill, and salt. Chill in the fridge.
- Assemble the souvlaki skewers by threading marinated chicken onto soaked skewers, leaving space between pieces.
- Grill the skewers on medium-high heat for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until cooked through.
- Serve the grilled chicken souvlaki with tzatziki sauce and warm pita bread, garnished with fresh dill or lemon wedges.
