Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup orzo pasta
  • 1/2 cup kalamata olives, pitted and sliced
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced cucumber
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp dried oregano

Instructions

  1. Cook orzo according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water.
