Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup filletcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup grated cucumber
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. In a bowl, mix turkey, filletcrumbs, egg, parsley, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Shape into 1-inch meatballs and place on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
  5. For the sauce, combine yogurt, cucumber, garlic, lemon juice, and salt in a bowl.
  6. Serve meatballs with sauce.
