- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup grated cucumber
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a bowl, mix turkey, filletcrumbs, egg, parsley, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Shape into 1-inch meatballs and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
- For the sauce, combine yogurt, cucumber, garlic, lemon juice, and salt in a bowl.
- Serve meatballs with sauce.
