A refreshing and healthy wrap salad combining crisp cucumbers, tender chicken, and a creamy green goddess dressing.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 large cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh chives, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 large whole wheat tortillas
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, parsley, basil, chives, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper to make the green goddess dressing.
- Add shredded chicken and cucumber slices to the dressing. Toss gently to coat.
- Lay out the tortillas and divide the chicken-cucumber mixture evenly among them.
- Roll the tortillas tightly, tucking in the sides as you go.
- Slice each wrap in half and serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
