Ingredients

  • 1 large cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

  • 1/4 cup fresh chives, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 large whole wheat tortillas

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, parsley, basil, chives, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper to make the green goddess dressing.
