Instructions
- Prepare the lobster tails by cutting down the top of each shell and lifting the meat slightly out.
- Make the Cajun butter mixture by melting butter, sautéing garlic, and mixing in Cajun seasoning and lemon juice.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and brush the lobster meat with the Cajun butter mixture.
- Grill the lobster tails meat-side down for 5-7 minutes, then flip and baste with more Cajun butter for another 5-7 minutes.
- Check the internal temperature, aiming for 140°F (60°C), then remove from the grill and drizzle with remaining Cajun butter.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and a squeeze of lemon juice before serving.
