Ingredients
- 🍗 Chicken breasts – 4 pieces (about 1.5 lbs or 680 g)
- 🥦 Broccoli florets – 2 cups (about 150 g)
- 🍶 Heavy cream – 1 cup (240 ml)
- 🧄 Garlic – 3 cloves, minced
- 🧀 Parmesan cheese – 1/2 cup, grated (about 50 g)
- 🛢️ Olive oil – 2 tablespoons (30 ml)
- 🧂 Salt – to taste
- 🧂 Pepper – to taste
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken by patting it dry, seasoning with salt and pepper, and drizzling with olive oil. Let it sit for 15-20 minutes.
- Blanch the broccoli in boiling salted water for 2-3 minutes, then rinse under cold water.
- In a saucepan, heat olive oil, sauté garlic, add heavy cream, and stir in parmesan cheese until melted. Season with salt and pepper.
- Grill the marinated chicken on medium-high heat for 6-7 minutes on each side until cooked through.
- Slice the grilled chicken and serve with blanched broccoli, drizzling the creamy sauce over the top.
