Ingredients

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 small corn or flour tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 tsp hot sauce (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Rub fish with olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Grill fish for 3-4 minutes per side until cooked through.
  4. Flake fish into large pieces.
  5. Mix cabbage, cilantro, red onion, lime juice, and salt in a bowl.
  6. Combine sour cream and hot sauce in a small bowl.
  7. Warm tortillas on the grill for 30 seconds per side.
