- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 4 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- Wooden or metal skewers
Instructions
- Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes if using.
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Thread shrimp onto skewers.
- Brush shrimp with the garlic lemon butter mixture.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
- Remove from grill and garnish with fresh parsley.
- Serve immediately with extra garlic lemon butter for dipping.
