Instructions
- In a bowl, mix honey, garlic, soy sauce, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, black pepper, and salt.
- Coat the skirt steak with the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill the steak for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare.
- Let the steak rest for 5 minutes before slicing against the grain.
