Ingredients

- 🧅 Red onion – 1 medium, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 🌱 Sesame seeds – 2 tablespoons, for garnish
- 🌿 Green onions – 2, chopped, for garnish

- 🔥 Wooden or metal skewers – soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes before grilling
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken in teriyaki sauce for at least 30 minutes, up to 2 hours.
- Prepare the skewers by soaking wooden ones in water for 30 minutes.
- Assemble the skewers by threading marinated chicken, bell peppers, and red onion onto them.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (200-230°C or 400-450°F).
- Grill the skewers for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 75°C (165°F).
