Ingredients

- 500g ground turkey
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- For Tzatziki: 1 cup Greek yogurt, 1/2 cucumber (grated and drained), 1 clove garlic (minced), 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp fresh dill (chopped), 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix ground turkey, onion, garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, pepper, and parsley.
- Shape the mixture into small sausage-like logs and thread onto skewers.
- Brush with olive oil and grill for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through.
- For the tzatziki, combine yogurt, cucumber, garlic, lemon juice, dill, and salt in a bowl. Mix well.
- Serve the grilled kofta skewers with tzatziki sauce on the side.
Notes
- Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes before grilling to prevent burning.
- Adjust spices to your taste.
- Serve with pita bread or a fresh salad.
