Ingredients

  • 500g ground turkey
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • For Tzatziki: 1 cup Greek yogurt, 1/2 cucumber (grated and drained), 1 clove garlic (minced), 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp fresh dill (chopped), 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix ground turkey, onion, garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, pepper, and parsley.
  2. Shape the mixture into small sausage-like logs and thread onto skewers.
  3. Brush with olive oil and grill for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through.
  4. For the tzatziki, combine yogurt, cucumber, garlic, lemon juice, dill, and salt in a bowl. Mix well.
  5. Serve the grilled kofta skewers with tzatziki sauce on the side.

Notes

  • Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes before grilling to prevent burning.
  • Adjust spices to your taste.
  • Serve with pita bread or a fresh salad.
