Instructions

- Marinate the chicken in a mixture of soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and sesame oil for 15-20 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add sesame oil.
- Add the marinated ground chicken to the skillet, breaking it apart as it cooks for 5-7 minutes until no longer pink.
- Add minced garlic and ginger, sautéing for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Stir in chopped water chestnuts and green onions, cooking for a few more minutes.
- Serve in lettuce wraps or with rice and enjoy!
