Description

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp dried oregano
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, oregano, paprika, cumin, salt, pepper, lemon juice, and yogurt.
  2. Add chicken thighs to the marinade, coating evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  3. Preheat grill or skillet to medium-high heat.
  4. Cook chicken for 5-7 minutes per side until fully cooked.
  5. Rest chicken for 5 minutes before slicing.
  6. Serve with warm pita bread and fresh vegetables.

Notes

  • For best results, marinate chicken overnight.
  • You can also bake the chicken at 375°F for 25-30 minutes.
