Ingredients

- 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp dried oregano
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, oregano, paprika, cumin, salt, pepper, lemon juice, and yogurt.
- Add chicken thighs to the marinade, coating evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Preheat grill or skillet to medium-high heat.
- Cook chicken for 5-7 minutes per side until fully cooked.
- Rest chicken for 5 minutes before slicing.
- Serve with warm pita bread and fresh vegetables.
Notes
- For best results, marinate chicken overnight.
- You can also bake the chicken at 375°F for 25-30 minutes.
- Serve with tzatziki sauce for extra flavor.
