Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp harissa paste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Mix harissa paste, olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, cumin, lemon juice, and garlic in a bowl.
  2. Coat chicken breasts evenly with the marinade.
  3. Let the chicken marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
  5. Cook chicken for 6-7 minutes per side or until fully cooked.
  6. Rest for 5 minutes before serving.
