Ingredients

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 3 tbsp harissa paste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
Instructions
- Mix harissa paste, olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, cumin, lemon juice, and garlic in a bowl.
- Coat chicken breasts evenly with the marinade.
- Let the chicken marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook chicken for 6-7 minutes per side or until fully cooked.
- Rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Adjust harissa quantity for more or less heat.
- Serve with rice or flatbread.
- Marinate longer for deeper flavor.
