Description
A healthy, low-carb alternative to traditional wraps, buffalo chicken lettuce wraps are packed with flavor and easy to prepare. Crisp lettuce leaves cradle tender shredded chicken tossed in a spicy buffalo sauce.

- 1/4 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup diced celery
- 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese (optional)
- 8 large lettuce leaves (romaine or butter lettuce)
- 1/4 cup shredded carrots
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with buffalo sauce.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add chicken mixture and cook for 3-4 minutes until heated through.
- Wash and dry lettuce leaves.
- Spoon chicken mixture onto each lettuce leaf.
- Top with celery, carrots, red onion, and blue cheese if using.
- Serve immediately.

- Use rotisserie chicken for quick prep.
- Adjust buffalo sauce to your preferred spice level.
