Easy no-bake truffles made with wholesome ingredients. Perfect for a quick, healthy snack or dessert.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup dates, pitted
  • 1/2 cup almonds
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp shredded coconut (for coating)

Instructions

  1. Blend dates and almonds in a food processor until sticky.
  2. Add cocoa powder, honey, and vanilla extract. Blend again.
  3. Roll mixture into small balls.
  4. Coat each ball with shredded coconut.
  5. Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Soak dates in warm water for 10 minutes if too dry.
  • Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
  • Substitute almonds with walnuts or cashews if preferred.
